#1. Determine your List Section Layout
Hover on the section > Edit Content
At Design, this is your list section layout
In my example, the list section layout is List: Carousel
#2. Click on the Site Styles icon in the top right of the Header
#3. Choose COLORS
#4. Click on the Theme Color that the the page containing the list section is using
Follow this post to know what Theme Color a page is using.
#5. Scroll down to LIST SECTION: CAROUSEL – Title, and click on this option to change the title color or other options if you want to change
#6. Click Custom to change the color
