How to add Title to Gallery

Gallery Block
First, edit Gallery Block

Hover on Image > Click Gear icon

And you can enter text in Title field

Next, click Design > Choose Show Title

Gallery Section
First, hover on Gallery Section > Choose Edit Section

Enable Captions

Next, hover on Gallery Section > Click Edit Gallery

Enter Text in Description Field
