Click Header button – Show Form Popup (WM)

#1. You need to create a Page in Not Linked with Name/URL:

• Form – /form

and add a Form Block to this page

#2. Install this plugin

The plugin will give you some code, and you need to add to Code Injection – Header/Footer, something like this:

#3. Edit Header button URL > Use this format

• #wm-popup=/form

and make sure “Open link in New Tab” is disabled

Done. When clicking the Header button, a form popup will appear
